With over 20 years of experience in the nail and beauty industry, Penny understand the challenges of mastering new skills and building confidence. She started just like you - learning the techniques but struggling with practical application. With perseverance, practice, and the right guidance, Penny transformed her career into:

Pip Cox
Beauty Educator & Wax-pert
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Pip Cox is a highly skilled specialist in all aspects of professional waxing and lash extensions. Since beginning her career in 2004, Pip has mastered strip wax, hot wax, and intimate waxing techniques, earning a reputation for precision, comfort, and exceptional client care. She is also an expert lash technician, offering both Russian and classic lash extensions tailored to enhance each client’s natural beauty.
After two decades of perfecting her craft, Pip now feels passionate about giving back to the next generation of beauty professionals. Driven by a genuine love for the industry and a desire to help others succeed, she is excited to offer high-quality training that empowers young artists with the skills, confidence, and standards needed to thrive.
Whether working with clients or mentoring new talent, Pip brings warmth, expertise, and dedication to every aspect of her work.
Our Teaching Approach
At Generations Training Academy, we believe learning should feel supportive, practical, and confidence-building.
Our training is hands-on and delivered in a real salon environment, giving you skills you can use straight away.
We keep groups small so every student gets personal attention, clear guidance, and time to practise at their own pace. Questions are always encouraged, and support doesn’t stop when the course ends — we’re here to help you feel confident as you begin working with clients.
